Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026. This policy applies to harpatka.co.il ("Yotzim LaHarpatka" / "Going Out on an Adventure"): event registration and the personal area.

Who we are

Yotzim LaHarpatka runs recurring movement and music meetups for adults aged 40 to 50, facilitated by Hadar Luria and Ofir Aviram. We operate the website and are responsible for the personal data of the people who register through it.

Information we collect

• Registration details you provide: first and last name, phone number, age and gender, used to register you for meetups and to contact you.
• Google Sign-In: the email address and name of the Google account you sign in with (basic profile information only; we do not access your Gmail, Calendar, Drive or any other Google data). We use it only to identify you, link your account to your registration details and open your personal area.
• Meetup records: meetups you registered for, attendance, payment status and amounts, payment reports, and internal notes by the organizers.
• Technical data: general usage data via Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, and cookies / local storage used to keep you signed in.

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are made through an external service (Paybox or another method you choose).

How we use it

To register you for meetups and manage payments; to contact you about meetups; to provide your personal area; to send service messages (for example, confirmation or rejection of a payment report); and to understand and improve how the site is used. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

Access within the site is limited to the two organizers. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Google (Sign-In and Analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), Resend (email delivery), Paybox and other payment services, and WhatsApp when you choose to start a chat with us. We do not share personal data with other third parties except where required by law.

Google user data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google account information (email and name) is used only to identify the user and to operate their personal area. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not read by humans except for support or security purposes.

Retention

We keep your information while you take part in or are interested in our activities, and as long as we are legally required to keep payment records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Security

Data is stored in a secured database with restricted access, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is completely secure, and we work to minimize risk.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to disconnect your account, or to object to our use of it. You can correct some details yourself in the personal area. For any other request, contact us below.

Children

The site is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses local storage and cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences, and measurement services (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel). You can block cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site, such as the personal area, may not work without them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with its update date.
